Accessibility

Make your keyboard and mouse work the way you need.

Rebind runs every input through your own rules, so you can shape clicks, timing, and remaps to fit how you move. Use the keyboard and mouse you already own, on Windows, macOS, or Linux. Set it up in plain English, no code required to start.

Input should adapt to you, not the other way around.

Standard OS accessibility settings are fixed: a handful of toggles that some applications ignore. Rebind is a scriptable input platform. It runs every key and movement through your rules before your computer ever sees it, so a hover can become a click and a tap can lock a modifier. With Rebind Link, movement itself can be rewritten, so a tremor can be smoothed away, and output arrives as standard USB input that works in any application that accepts a USB keyboard or mouse. In software mode, the engine runs as a regular application.

What you can set up

Dwell Click

Click by holding the pointer still. Tune the dwell time to fit you.

Tremor Smoothing

Steady Hand filters unintended motion so the pointer follows your intent.

Click Assist

Forgive double-taps, debounce bounced presses, and reshape timing.

Sticky Modifier

Tap Shift, Ctrl, or Alt to latch it, no holding two keys at once.

One-handed layouts

Remap the keyboard for single-hand use, per application.

Any-key remapping

Remap any key, button, or switch, differently in each app.

Set it up without writing code.

Describe what you need in plain English and let RebindGPT build it: “click when I hold still for one second,” “make Caps Lock my Shift,” “ignore double-presses within 200 ms.” RebindGPT drafts real, editable Luau scripts you can keep, and you review each one before it runs.

A kill switch you can always reach.

Press Left Ctrl + Left Alt + K at any time to stop all scripts instantly and release any held keys: a hard, local reset that never depends on the network.

Works where your devices work.

With Rebind Link, assists arrive as standard USB HID (the same protocol every keyboard and mouse uses), so they work in any application that accepts a USB keyboard or mouse: full-screen applications, games, and remote desktop sessions that do not support software accessibility tools.

Built to partner.

Rebind is a flexible, low-cost assistive platform for occupational therapists, schools, rehabilitation programs, and accessibility organizations. We work with partners on evaluations, bulk provisioning, and shared script libraries.

The Rebind engine is free: download it and build your assists in software with the full SDK and RebindGPT, on the keyboard and mouse you already own. Rebind Link adds hardware output, if you ever need it.
