1. Digital Products

Rebind products are digitally delivered software and firmware. Due to the nature of digital delivery, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or the firmware has been provisioned to your device.

2. Marketplace Subscriptions

Individual scripts on the marketplace may be sold by third-party authors on a subscription basis. These subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the script remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period. Marketplace script purchases (one-time) are non-refundable.

3. Device Licenses

Device licenses (including Rebind BYOH and Rebind Gen1) are one-time purchases with permanent access. These are non-refundable after delivery, except as described in the Exceptions section below.

4. Platform Credits

Credits purchased for the platform wallet are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors
  • Product not delivered due to a fault on our end
  • Requests made within 24 hours of purchase if the firmware has not been provisioned

6. How to Request a Refund

Contact support@rebind.gg with your email address and order details. We will respond within 48 hours.

7. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us will result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban. If you have a billing issue, please contact us first.
